• We are a standard e-commerce retailer. We are not a pharmacy, medical provider, or covered entity under HIPAA.
• We do not collect, store, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI). No prescriptions, insurance member IDs, or medical records are handled.
• HCPCS (Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System) codes are displayed on products and receipts for informational purposes only, to assist customers with self-filing insurance reimbursement claims. We make no guarantee of reimbursement eligibility.
• FSA/HSA and OTC Flex Card eligibility labels are provided based on general IRS guidelines. Eligibility may vary by plan. Consult your benefits administrator for specific coverage details.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.

4. Products & Ordering

When you place an order, you agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You are authorized to use the payment method provided, including credit cards, debit cards, FSA/HSA cards, and OTC Flex Cards.
• Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement is the price you pay.
• Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
• Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe (PCI DSS compliant). We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
• Free standard shipping is available on orders of $49 or more within the contiguous United States. Orders below $49 are subject to a flat shipping rate of $7.99.
• Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel orders due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.

5. Subscriptions & Auto-Reorder

TADA Medical Supply offers an auto-reorder subscription service for recurring medical supply needs:

• Eight delivery frequencies are available: weekly, every 2 weeks, monthly, every 45 days, every 2 months, every 3 months, every 4 months, and every 6 months.
• Subscribers receive 15% off their first delivery and 5% off every recurring order.
• Subscription orders are recurring and will be charged automatically at your selected frequency until cancelled.
• You will receive reminder emails before each renewal so you can modify, skip, or cancel.
• Subscription pricing and discounts are subject to change. You will be notified before any price changes take effect.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returnable products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unopened packaging unless otherwise noted on the product page.
• Some products are marked as non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons (e.g., incontinence products, opened wound care supplies), as indicated on the product detail page.
• A restocking fee may apply to certain items as noted in the individual product return policy.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the return.
• Damaged or defective items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Contact our support team for a replacement or refund.
